I'm a busy Mama of two who (probably a lot like you) has fitness goals, a family to feed, and not a lot of time, energy, or effort to contribute to any of those things. I know that it can feel overwhelming and like you don’t know where to start, so that’s why I created this resource for you!

The fact of the matter is that our responsibility of cooking meals for our family isn’t going away any time soon. So instead of letting it overwhelm you and stress you out until the end of time, let’s make it simple, yummy, and healthy.

I firmly believe that when we feel good, we do good and stewarding our bodies well is an act of worship. Scripture instructs us to do just that!

And what a gift that as a Mom, we get to lead our families from the front in that effort and grow closer to the Lord in the process.

By combining biblical principles with practical strategies,
I’ve been able to lose 45 lbs postpartum twice without sacrificing the food I love- all while growing closer in my relationship with the Lord.

Now remember, I’m no chef! Just a Mom on a mission of making meal times more enjoyable, less stressful, and cater to my health goals.
